I was watching that Voltes V episode where Little John's robot Octo-1 was introduced. When I was a kid, I really believed that a flying tentacled robot like Octo-1 could be made. I remember taking one of my robot toys apart and putting it back together, pretending that I actually made the robot myself. I think I was taking a lot of things apart at the time, which was quite fun because I learned a lot about how things worked.
