Tawangtawa ka sa comical sketch na ito featuring Cookie Monster at ang isang high blood na librarian. Pumasok si Cookie Monster sa library at natuwa siya sa dami ng mga libro na nakita niya; hindi pa raw siya nakakita ng ganitong karaming libro sa buong buhay niya! Ngunit hindi natahimik ang kawawang high blood na librarian, dahil panay hingi ni Cookie monster ng cookies.
